In this option, candidates are initially employed by us while they work for you. As we call “A Trial Period” , it reduces risk to committing someone for long term before assessing candidate’s skill set and how he/she fits in organization’s culture and environment. Once they successfully complete trail period of 3 to 6 months, the consultants may become direct employees with your organization.
